No one cares, no one asked, and that's rude to say, even if it may be technically correct for you, there's no need for you to say these types of things to people who literally cannot help how they look. Why not? As I said, I'm not calling her ugly- just throwing in that not everyone thinks she's beautiful. If you see someone that you think isn't attractive, there's no need to say it out loud.
